Product Description

Cuplock system is one of the world's most widely used scaffold system. 
It is a proven multipurpose scaffolding system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries. It can be erected 75% faster than traditional scaffolding thus providing major savings in erection and dismantling times thus minimizing on site cost.

Main Advantages:

1) All tubes of verticals and horizontals are high strength grade at 48.3 x 3.25 mm 
2) The top cups on verticals and blades on horizontals are made by drop forging 
3) All items are at hot-dipped-galv. finishing, unless specified Packing in bundles

Q1. What's your payment terms?
A: 1) 30% T/T in advance, the balance 70% paid before shipment
    2) 100% irrevocable L/C at sight;
    3) T/T+L/C, 30% T/T deposit in advance, the balance by L/C

Q2. What is the delivery time?
A: Generally 30-45 days after receiving the prepayment, finally delivery time depends on the detailed quantity. 

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in light racking. If customer needs, we can provide charged strong & heavy racking. 

Q4. How much is your annual production capacity?
A: 30,000Ton/year.

Q5. Do you have MOQ limit for scaffolding order?
A: Low MOQ, 1 ton is available

Q6. Can you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes. If the sample is common and in small quantity, it is free. But we do not pay the cost of freight.

Q7. What's the surface treatment of the scaffolding?
A: Hot Dip Galvanized, Electroplate, Powder Coating and Painted.

Q8. How to store the scaffolding?
A: For scaffolding which finish is Electroplate, Powder Coating and Painted., it is recommended to store in ventilated and dry room. 
For scaffolding which finish is Hot Dip Galvanized, there is no special requirements.

Q9. How long is the lifespan of your products?
A: The lifespan of the hot-dipped galvanized products is about 10 to 15 years, depending on the actual situation.

Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q11. Is it OK to print my logo on scaffolding?
A: Yes. we could mark your logos on some scaffolding parts. Also we make your logo into labels and stamp on scaffolding. 

Q12. How to proceed an order for scaffolding?
A: 1) Customer provide us with the product type, quantity, size and surface treatment requirements or provide detailed project information, then our technology department offer the plan, calculate the actual product amount, sales department offer the quotation.
2) After both sides decided the price,payment and delivery date, we make PI for customer ,than customer pay the advance payment.
3) We will arrange production after recived the payment.
4) Our sales will update the production situation to the customer at any time during the production.
5) The sales will inform the customer at the end of production, whether they need to personally or entrust the third party inspection.
6) Receiving the balance and book the shipment to delivery.
7) If T/T, after shipment, we'll send full document of bill of lading, invoice and packing list and other documents to client for custom clearance.
If by L/C, after shipment, we'll submitted all documents to the bank, the bank received then release to customer.
